The patches are designed to withstand a lot of motion and weight-bearing exercises. If you are extremely active, be sure to use the Ion Layer adhesive (black) cover to keep the patch in place.

If you need to shower while wearing the patch, we recommend to avoid putting the patch under the water stream as much as possible. If the patch does get wet, just gently pat it dry with a towel. Do not immerse the patch in bathwater, as the soapy water will loosen the adhesive.

Yes, you can wear the patch while you sleep. We recommend wearing the patch for 14 hours and then removing it since the NAD+ will all be delivered within that 14-hour window.

To reduce the risk of skin irritation, it's recommended to rotate the area where you apply the patch and to not apply the patch to the same area on your body within 10 days.
