Refund & Returns Policies

Refunds:

Ion Layer offers a no questions asked 30 day refund policy for one time purchases and a cancel or refund anytime for the membership charge on your first month of Ion Layer. After receiving your first kit, no refunds are permitted for any recurring, return, or subscription orders once it ships due to the fact that Ion Layer Kits are by prescription only and once shipped cannot be returned. If you aren't satisfied with your experience, let us know at hello@ionlayer.com.

If you're still waiting for your order to be shipped and want to cancel your entire membership, plus shipment, you can cancel the shipment at any time by emailing us at hello@ionlayer.com.

Returns:

Ion Layer is unable to accept returns of any products as each order is prescribed specifically to each member by our partner pharmacy and cannot be redistributed. In the event of a refund or cancellation, you may keep, dispose of, or if you prefer to send the kit back to Ion Layer, please follow these steps:

1. Packaging: Seal the Ion Layer box securely to prevent any damage during transit.

2. Shipping Label: Apply a shipping label with the following return address:

3. Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

Important Considerations:

- Prescription Products: Products provided through the Ion Layer program are prescribed specifically to each member and cannot be shared, resold, or redistributed under any circumstances.

- Subscription Management: To cancel, pause, skip, or delay your subscription, log in to your subscription management portal here or contact us at hello@ionlayer.com.

- Customer Support: For any questions or concerns regarding refunds, returns, or cancellations, please reach out to our support team at hello@ionlayer.com.
