Is this the same as the injector pen?
Yes — the same compound from the same pharmacy. What differs is delivery: you draw the dose from a vial with a syringe instead of dialing it on a pen. The pen costs more because it does that work for you.
Do I need to buy syringes or anything else?
No. Every kit ships with syringes, alcohol swabs and a sharps container. Nothing to source separately.
Do I have to mix anything?

I've never injected myself. Can I do this?
A subcutaneous injection is shallow — into the layer of fat just under the skin, with a very fine needle. Most people find it unremarkable after the first few.
Where do I inject?
Into the subcutaneous layer: lower abdomen a couple of inches clear of the navel, upper glute, or outer thigh. Rotate sites to avoid irritation.
How do I dispose of used syringes?
A sharps container is included in the kit. When it's full, follow your state's sharps disposal guidance — many pharmacies and municipal programs accept them. Don't put loose syringes in household waste.
